Welcome to AI Boilerplate, Next.js boilerplate for vibe coding with Cursor and Claude, designed to accelerate SaaS development provided by Sic Kode Web Design SRL (the "Company"). By accessing or using AI Boilerplate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use AI Boilerplate.
Service Description
AI Boilerplate is an AI Boilerplate that provides users with access to a private GitHub repository upon payment.
The Company grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AI Boilerplate for their personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
Payment and Refunds
Access to the private GitHub repository is provided upon payment of the applicable fees.
Due to the nature of the product, the Company does not offer refunds for AI Boilerplate.
Intellectual Property
AI Boilerplate and all its components, including the boilerplate code, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users are prohibited from reselling or distributing the boilerplate code as-is without prior written consent from the Company.
Users are permitted to build applications using the boilerplate and monetize them as they see fit, provided they do not sell the code as-is.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for their use of AI Boilerplate and any applications built using the boilerplate.
Users must ensure that their use of AI Boilerplate complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users are prohibited from using AI Boilerplate for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of AI Boilerplate.
The Company does not warrant that AI Boilerplate will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or meet users' requirements.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to AI Boilerplate at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, users must immediately cease using AI Boilerplate and delete all copies of the boilerplate code in their possession.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to address user concerns in a timely manner.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Users are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes. Continued use of AI Boilerplate after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By accessing or using AI Boilerplate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use AI Boilerplate.
